Join us on the island for this neighbor-favorite tradition on Thursday, July 16th between 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.:

  • Perfect summer evening weather and conversations with neighbors
  • Gladstone Manor merchandise available for purchase (mugs, tote bags, garden flags.)  Proceeds fund future neighborhood events

Bazaar of All Nations Movie Screening

FREE Outdoor Movie Night at The Island Parklet, corner of DeForest & Walsh Roads, Lansdowne

Join us Saturday at 8:00 PM (rain date: Sunday, same time) for a free screening of Bazaar of All Nations, the fascinating Delco documentary exploring the legendary shopping destination that stood along Baltimore Pike from the 1960s through the 1990s.

Bring a chair or blanket and settle in for a fun community evening. Complimentary Bernie’s pretzels and iced tea will be available while supplies last.

We’re also excited to welcome the filmmakers, who will be in attendance for the event!

Meeting at Alex Seminara,s home at 6:00 p.m.

Members in attendence as follows;

We agreed on no Easter Egg Hunt this year.

Questions were on a “Theme Night” in May

Water Ice in July 16th or 24th was discussed.

Are we participant in July 4th Parade this year. Folks may have cars or float in parade.

Some members maybe out of town we need volunteers

20th Century for a Rummage Sale in July or August was mentioned

We asked about Newsletter save the date.  1/2 page signs

Discussed a Movie Night Project in June

Tree lighting LED expense was $2.00 more.
